How does Asteroom's Capture Service work?
Step 1 Book an appointment
Make an appointment by picking two time slots. Reserve a time slot with your credit card. You will get a confirmation email with the name of your photographer in 24 hours.

Step 2 On-site shoot with a certified Asteroom photographer
An Asteroom photographer will meet you at your listing to shoot still shots and a 3D tours in 90 minutes or less. You will receive a confirmation call the day before your appointment.
Step 3 Delivery
Within 48 hours, you will get the fully enhanced still photos, 1-2 twilight shots, a 3D tour, and a 2D floor plan. All ready to be uploaded immediately to MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and the listing portals.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, due to the availability of our photographers, you must pay the full price to reserve your spot. If you need to cancel or reschedule, as long as it’s at least 3 hours before your appointment - you are entitled for full refund.
Even though this rarely happens, if for some reason your photographer is unable to make the original appointment and we can’t find a replacement for you in time, you will be entitled to receive a full refund. In addition, we will schedule you with another photographer within 24 hours, free of charge.
We will quickly schedule you with another photographer to arrive at the listing within 24 hours. If you still don’t like the outcome after the second shoot, you will be entitled for 100% of the refund.
We go through a very rigorous selection process and background checks to ensure the quality of the photographers that we hire. Everyone that we select has at least 5 years of experience of being a real estate photographer. We also ensure that they have a good manners and are approachable. If for any reason, the photographer that we sent you is not up to your standards, you can call or text our concierge number to address your concern directly with our concierge.
