Introduction
Asteroom creates the Uniform Property Data (UPD) reports required by appraisers to complete a GSE hybrid appraisal. The report comprises data, measurements, images, ANSI-floor plan, and 3D scan of the property, delivered in PDF and XML.
With our nationwide network of data collectors, we take care of all aspects of borrower communication, UPD scheduling, on-site inspection, QC, GSE API submission, and report delivery. The 3D scan of the property with ANSI floor plans help appraisers and underwriters ‘walk-the-property’ to complete the appraisal and approve the collateral.
We work for 450+ lenders, 90+ banks and 80+ AMCs and are approved integrated technology & service providers for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Many lenders are making the shift to hybrid appraisals to combat appraiser supply issues, amplified by the UAD 3.6 mandate.
